Digital Products

All products sold by New Chapter Planner are digital downloads (PDF files). Due to the nature of digital products — which are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" — we do not offer refunds on completed purchases.

Technical Issues

If you experience any technical issues with your download, we're here to help. Common issues include:

  • Download link not working or expired
  • Files not opening or appearing corrupted
  • Receiving the wrong files
  • Formatting issues when printing

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us with your order details and we'll arrange a refund for the duplicate purchase.
